NOTE: All the information provided here, including any attachments will be treated confidentially and will only be used to assist us in matching you with the perfect client. By submitting your information below, you agree that we may anonymously share your profile with prospective clients that we think may be a match, to assist them in determining whether they would like an introduction. Once a client has asked for an introduction to you, their details will be passed on to you to accept. Neither the coach nor the client are obligated to accept a match and it will be up to the coach and the client to negotiate the terms of their relationship. Should you accept a match our fees/ commission will be payable by you, the coach, as follows: 10% of your total billable fees to the client within 12 months from the date of introduction; 5% of the total fees for any work referred to you by the client within 12 months from the date of introduction.

Note that this question is not, what sort of coach are you (e.g. sales, leadership, business, life etc.) Don't worry, you'll have a chance to get specific later if you need to. For now, this is about you. HINT: There's no right or wrong answer!
Setting goals and then achieving them is a common priority for many coaching relationships, but it doesn't have to be. Many people get enormous value from the coaching process itself, and the specific goals are less of a priority. Help us to match you by telling us what outcomes you typically seek to deliver.
Tell us as much as you can about who you most like to work with. It's a big world out there. All client relationships are important but we know some work better than others. The more you can share with us, the better chance we have of matching you well.
We strongly believe everyone must define their own, unique "Something Great". However, sometimes it can be helpful to identify with role models, whether a celebrity or personal connection. HINT: You don't have to use their real name - what is important is that you share WHY you admire them.
They say, "you are what you read" so tell us a little about what you choose to fill your head with, both for fun and learning. HINT: They don't have to be different things!
Don't hold back. We want to know who you REALLY are, not just who shows up at work. If your work is your passion, lucky you... tell us why. If not, tell us what else you do for kicks.

Boring but important stuff

We know this is a hard question to put in a box! Once we have matched you we will let you negotiate your preferred terms to suit you and the client. Obviously though, we need to make sure our matches are at least in the right ballpark so please be as honest as you can.

Again, we know everyone is different and you can negotiate this directly with your clients. We just want to get an idea of how you prefer to work.
